The school community of RMS is committed to providing a dynamic educational program responsive to the needs of the adolescent student. Faculty and staff will encourage students to be successful by maintaining a positive attitude providing differentiated lessons, and communicating student progress to motivate students to achieve high academic standards. Students will accept responsibility for their education by remaining motivated in their learning and producing high-quality work which will guide them to become lifelong learners. Parents will be an active, positive, and supportive participant in their child's educational experience.
Raceland Middle School's Vision is to be an "A" school by focusing on content standards and maintaining a positive climate.
